We want our to provide our apprentices with on the job training and career pathways for financial and professional growth. It's our goal to be the best place in town to be trained as and work as a plumber.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Acquire your Texas Plumber’s Apprentice Registration within 60 days of your date of hire.
• Acquire your drain cleaners restricted registration within 90 days of your date of hire.
• Apply yourself to learning the plumbing trade and all company provided training. 
• Learn and become proficient with Brothers Plumbing customer service processes.
• Provide drain cleaning and other related in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services.
• Re-check all plumbing repairs and installations after you’ve repaired or replaced it, before leaving the client’s home to ensure everything is working properly and that we did indeed fix it right the first time.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets
