This is the person who will ensure good business practices for the organization while the dentists and hygienists focus on providing dental care. But they also must be fully engaged in the unique environment and clientele of a health care setting, as well as interacting with clinicians and complying with governmental regulations.
Summary: The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for customer service and helping coordinate a smooth, timely patient experience with scheduling, comfort, and payments.
