About the Role
The Account Specialist is a key member of The BCC administrative and revenue cycle team. This position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant billing processes across outpatient behavioral health services. The role involves insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
This role does not require hands-on experience with outpatient behavioral health billing. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is looking to learn, strengthen, and evolve their current understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management Process. This is an entry level position with amble room for growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem-solving, and wants their administrative skills to directly improve access to mental health care.
