RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards

- Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest quality and delivered within appropriate timeframes

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of orders

- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment

- Possess and maintain a valid Food Handler License at all times

- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and proper storage

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a high-pressure environment

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- FOOD HANDLER LICENSE IS A MUST

- MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEK ENDS

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
