The Broadband Operations Manager will oversee Satellite and Fiber Installation field operations, manage cross-functional teams, and implement strategies to optimize service delivery. This leadership role requires expertise in broadband, telecommunications, and customer service, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency in our growing Houston market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Fulfillment service operations, ensuring smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and service calls.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management of field technicians, service coordinators, and support teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, improve service quality, and meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project management, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety within the operations team.
• Act as a liaison between Broadband Construction Services Inc. and our clients to align operational goals and service expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in broadband, telecommunications, or operations management.

Proven ability to lead field operations teams and drive operational excellence.

Strong knowledge of Satellite and Fiber installation, service protocols, and compliance standards.

Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and process optimization.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with shifting priorities.

Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management (preferred).
