Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Manager to lead our Wholesale Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of wholesalers in a commissioned role, where success is determined by the goals achieved. As the Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in conducting quarterly reviews, implementing process improvements, and driving the team towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

  - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of wholesalers to achieve individual and collective goals.

  - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

2. Performance Management:

  - Establish clear performance expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

  - Conduct quarterly reviews to assess individual and team performance against targets.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  - Work closely with the team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

4. Process Improvement:

  - Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  - Implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Goal Setting and Monitoring:

  - Collaborate with team members to set ambitious yet achievable sales goals.

  - Regularly monitor progress towards goals and provide necessary support and guidance.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  - Generate and analyze reports on team performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a commissioned sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
