Identify and evaluate potential wholesale opportunities, considering market trends and property values.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of real estate professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of sales targets.

Provide guidance and coaching to enhance the team's sales and negotiation skills.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for wholesale transactions.

Analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring:

Negotiate and structure wholesale deals to ensure optimal terms and conditions for the company.

Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with sellers and buyers.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
