Brist Mfg is a custom apparel company that creates goods to be worn out not thrown out. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic team expanding new operations in Fountain, CO.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products that meet customer specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure accurate stitching and quality.
• Interpret work orders, design files, and thread color charts.
• Hoop garments and prepare materials for embroidery.
• Perform machine setup, thread changes, and minor adjustments.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous embroidery or textile machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and design specifications.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements are required.
