Clinic based, working with early intervention learners
The Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) provides 1:1 interventions to children with autism to help increase their academic, social and communication skills; implement programs based on all principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The RBT works closely and collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement programs based on different approaches such as Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Programming, Natural Environment Teaching and Social Skills.
As an RBT, you will be responsible for conducting a therapy session, collecting data, documenting behaviors and providing a session summary to the parent and BCBA.
Position Requirements:.
Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred but not required. Prior experience working with children is beneficial.
$18 - $23 per hour
