Bright Future Pediatrics is a locally owned pediatric primary care and ABA practice serving families across South Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and Bixby. We provide primary care from birth through age 19 and early autism (ABA) services for children ages 2–6. The Work

This is meaningful, hands-on work with children and families.

Depending on your role, you’ll be:

• Supporting communication, behavior, and daily living skills
• Implementing or designing treatment plans
• Coaching parents and supporting real-life carryover
• Collaborating with a strong, multidisciplinary team

This work requires:

• consistency
• patience
• attention to detail
• follow-through

🚀 For Those Getting Started (BT / RBT Track)

If you have experience in:

• childcare / education / paraprofessional roles
• psychology / human development
• healthcare support (CNA, MA, etc.)

—you’ll likely do well here.

We provide:

• RBT training + certification support
• structured onboarding
• ongoing supervision and mentorship

We’re looking for people who:
