Support Live Event Production

• Work alongside producers and project managers to plan and execute live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Support stage management, show calling, content coordination, and other production functions based on event needs.
• Help coordinate schedules, crew, equipment, and on-site production logistics.
• Troubleshoot challenges and help keep productions running smoothly.

Contribute to Pre-Production

• Create and maintain production schedules, run-of-show documents, content trackers, and rehearsal plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Assist with event content, technical requirements, and virtual production platforms.

Take Ownership as You Grow

• Gradually take the lead on smaller events, from planning through execution.
• Build client relationships and serve as a point of contact on assigned projects.
• Gain experience managing production timelines, resources, and budgets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience or hands-on exposure to live events, AV production, theater, film, experiential marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
• Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys solving problems.
• Technical curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience with stage management, show calling, or event content management.
• Skills in video production, editing, photography, graphics, or camera operation.
• Familiarity with audiovisual production environments or virtual event platforms.
