This is a Temp position with the possibility of going full-time after assignment completion


The Marketing Assistant  will support internal teams by monitoring correspondence from clients and prospective clients, administrative work like meeting prep and facilitating reporting for clients and have room to grow into more responsibilities as needed. This position requires a self-motivated individual who wants to learn what path they want to take in digital marketing - from account service, strategy, project management or sales - this position will interact with all departments and will be client-facing.

Provides administrative and project support for client services, sales, strategy and project management to deliver consistent, efficient and overall great work to our clients and prospective clients.


  • Document prep for meetings both internal and external;
  • Analytics reporting prep;
  • Calendar management;
  • Supports the implementation and execution of the office marketing plans, including tracking and follow-up;
  • Helps to research and assemble target lists with guidance from marketing managers;
  • Helps to layout website pages, emails and design workflows with guidance from marketing managers;
  • First line of customer service for existing clients;
  • Ongoing data maintenance in CRM;
  • Works with partners and managers on the creation/implementation of their individual marketing plans, holds regular follow-up meetings, and presents opportunities that tie into individual and office goals;
  • Manages event logistics for seminars, receptions, tradeshows, and other local events. Leads coordination of logistics and acts as on-site point of contact for those events;
  • If applicable, some social media and project scheduling;
  • Facilitates information sharing between departments;
  • Assists partners/managers with registering for meetings, events and conferences; and coordinates with event organizers as needed to ensure materials, booth and proper staff are on hand at the right times;
  • Prepare materials for presentations, sales proposals, and other various marketing and advertising items as needed;
  • Stay up to date on trends and tools within areas of responsibility;
  • Order supplies as necessary and keep our break room and office supplies stocked;
