As a member of the HubSpot Implementation team, this role will guide customers through the HubSpot technical software setup, identifying objectives, training, and initial activation and adoption. Currently, we offer a hybrid of HubSpot’s traditional onboarding and Onboarding by Objectives.
As a member of the HubSpot Implementation team, this role will guide customers through the HubSpot technical software setup, identifying objectives, training, and initial activation and adoption. Currently, we offer a hybrid of HubSpot’s traditional onboarding and Onboarding by Objectives.
Our customers vary in size and industry, and projects vary in complexity ranging from Base Implementations (Technical setup) plus a Marketing/Sales/Service Hub to full migrations.
The Implementation/Onboarding Specialist should be a motivated team member who has strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects. Success in this role is quantitatively measured via client interaction/CSAT, and internal KPIs.
Note: Rarely does anyone have ALL of these, but they will be required to work with customers participating in HubSpot's Partner-Based Onboarding program
