Description

Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) is looking for an exceptional coach to lead our Alpine program into the 2026–2027 season. If you're passionate about developing athletes from the inside out — and believe sport is one of the best classrooms life has to offer — we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, seasonal position at its core — but for the right candidate, a year-round contract can be on the table from day one. If you bring the skills, availability, and appetite to take on more — whether that's summer on-snow camps and dryland programming, supporting administration, contributing to marketing, or driving fundraising efforts — we will work to build a contract and benefits that reflect that. The full shape of the role depends on you.
