Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide patients and families through treatment options and financial arrangements.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Represent the office at various community events and marketing initiatives to promote our practice.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Sales or public speaking experience is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual - Spanish Required
  • Prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus.
  • A patient-focused, professional demeanor.
