Bridgeport Braces is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to grow four Connecticut orthodontic offices — through community relationships, smart content, and outreach that actually drives new patients through our doors.

We are a growing, community-focused Connecticut orthodontic practice —

We already have community relationships, referral sources, and an external agency in place. We need an experienced marketing professional to own execution, follow-up, and measurable results across all four offices.

This is not a front-desk role or a basic social-media posting job.


THE ROLE

Based in Bridgeport, travel to all four offices · Reports to the Owner


WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Community + Partnerships

  • Build referral relationships with pediatric dentists, general dentists, pediatricians, school nurses, PTOs, and community groups across four counties
  • Coordinate promotional events, school programs, and sponsorships
  • Show up — outbound calls, meetings, in-person visits

Content + Digital


  • Run our social — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile
  • Coordinate videographer, website team, agency, and vendors
  • Collect patient testimonials and before-and-after content (HIPAA-compliant — we'll train you)

Results + Reporting


  • Own the monthly marketing calendar and the budget behind it
  • Launch reactivation campaigns for dormant patients
  • Track where new-patient inquiries come from and prove ROI
  • Weekly reports: what you did, what worked, what's next

YOU BRING

Minimum: 2+ years of paid experience in marketing, community outreach, PR, communications, business development, event coordination, partnership development, or healthcare marketing. Customer service or hospitality alone does not qualify.

Skills: Strong writer · comfortable initiating conversations · fluent in social media, spreadsheets, and cloud tools · KPI-driven · comfortable working within HIPAA · valid driver's license and reliable transportation · Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)

Bonus: Healthcare/dental marketing experience · bilingual English/Spanish · Canva or basic video editing
