Description

Bridgeport Braces is currently looking for an experienced Patient Services Representative to join our team in a leadership role. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of Patient Services Representatives, managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, providing administrative support, and occasional travel to other offices for training and coverage.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Patient Services Representatives.

- Assist with scheduling and managing team performance.

- Greet and welcome patients, address inquiries and concerns.

- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up.

- Maintain accurate patient records and keep front-desk areas organized.

- Support the financial health of the practice through effective patient interactions.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1-2+ years of administrative experience or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in general administrative practices.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.


Preferred Education and Experience:

- Certification in office administration, medical administration, or a related field is a plus.

- Prior experience in a dental setting is required.

- Familiarity with Orthodontic terminology.


Position Details and Benefits:

- Full-time position: Up to 40 hours per week.
