The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and project managing end-to-end customer implementations, setting up system configurations and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Description

Our Ideal Candidate:


  • 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience; ideally, with exposure to working with government agencies.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex customer processes and needs, participate in technical discussions, and manage multi-faceted client relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with extensive experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: positive, empathetic, level-headed under pressure, and capable of managing diverse client needs.
  • Customer-centric, innovative, and passionate about learning and improving, open to feedback, and a strong team player.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time within the United States.
  • Startup experience preferred.


You Will:


  • Manage the scope of end-to-end customer onboarding engagements, ensuring all project aspects are on track.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including attending prioritization meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, including managing deadlines, taking detailed meeting notes, and managing project plans using tools like Monday.com and Confluence.
  • Articulate requirements to the Product team for system enhancements.
  • Perform system configuration work according to customer requirements and ensure all configurations are accurately implemented and documented.
  • Provide training to customers, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure the system meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Create comprehensive go-live plans, coordinating all aspects of the transition to live operations.
  • Ensure a smooth hand-off to the client success team post-implementation, providing all necessary documentation and insights.
