Role Overview:

We're looking for a Head of Culinary Enablement to bridge the gap between our product and the kitchen. Your mission is to ensure customers know how to use our product successfully, why it improves their operations, and what best-in-class usage looks like—driving adoption across large enterprises and mid-market chains.

This role owns how we translate the value of our automated cooking technology into scalable workflows, menu innovation, and operator training systems. You’ll work hands-on with customers, internal teams, and culinary stakeholders to ensure our solution is not just installed—but adopted, loved, and optimized.

As a key customer-facing leader, you’ll define operational excellence—from SOPs and kitchen workflows to menu rollout and performance tracking. You'll ensure operators feel confident integrating automation into their routines—and that our product consistently delivers on its promise in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer chefs and culinary leads to co-develop workflows and drive adoption organization wide
  • Partner with Sales to support on-site launches, menu development, and process design, assisting in the sales process as needed to gain support and confidence of key accounts
  • Build scalable culinary onboarding programs for operators—focused on setup, workflow, and ongoing training
  • Develop playbooks, documentation, and video content that drive adoption and operational consistency
  • Define, track, and improve KPIs tied to product adoption, operator efficiency, and training success
  • Collect real-world feedback from operators and translate it into actionable insights for product and engineering
  • Establish standards for product excellence in the field—taste, quality, repeatability, and speed
  • Travel to customer locations to support pilots, refine workflows, and capture success stories
  • Enable scale by building training programs for internal teams, channel partners, and service providers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in culinary operations, foodservice enablement, or training (multi-unit or enterprise preferred)
  • Deep understanding of back-of-house workflows, food safety, and operational pressures
  • Strong communication skills—able to work with chefs, operators, and cross-functional internal teams
  • Experience creating SOPs, training materials, and onboarding programs
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, customer-first environments
  • Passion for food, technology, and operational excellence
  • Willingness to travel ~25–40% to support customers and field launches

Bonus Points For

  • Prior work in a startup or scrappy, resourceful environment
  • Experience introducing new kitchen equipment, menu innovation, or automation into foodservice settings

Salary
