Job Description:

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in our research and development efforts by assembling and testing our products. Your work will contribute directly to the development of next-generation products and technologies that will revolutionize our industry and help shape our assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, calibrate, and test prototypes and experimental equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and provide feedback for improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment assembly and operation.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and equipment specifications.
• Contribute to the development of new assembly techniques and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with some vocational experience; technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience in assembly and testing of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.
• Strong understanding of basic sheet metal fabrication techniques
• Experience with precision machining and fabrication techniques.
• Strong understanding of basic tools, measurement instruments, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with CAD software and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
