We’re building an energetic, fun-loving team of LEGO® enthusiasts—and we’re currently hiring for two key roles: Sales Associates & BAM Project Builders

Sales Associate

Role Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of Bricks & Minifigs—helping customers find what they love, assisting with trades, and keeping the store organized and welcoming. If you enjoy talking about LEGO® and providing great customer service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, trades, and questions
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Restock inventory and maintain a clean, organized store
• Learn about products and promotions to guide customer decisions
• Participate in events and help with merchandising and displays

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and responsible work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for LEGO® and a desire to create a fun shopping experience
• Must be 16+ (work permit required for minors in Maryland)

BAM Project Builder

Role Summary:

Get paid to build! As a BAM Project Builder, you'll assemble official LEGO® sets, design custom builds, and help bring creative displays to life in our store. This is a hands-on, imaginative role perfect for anyone who loves LEGO® building and wants to show off their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Build and display LEGO® sets and custom creations (MOCs)
• Design builds for seasonal displays, events, and promotions
• Maintain and repair existing builds
• Assist with sorting, prepping, and organizing LEGO® parts
• Collaborate on projects with the store team
• Help with build-related activities at events or workshops

Requirements:

• Prior LEGO® building experience (official sets or custom builds)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable engaging with kids and families
• Must be 16+ (work permit required for minors in Maryland)
