The Position

Our Full Stack Engineer will contribute to the frontend architecture and implementation of our autonomous SOC platform's user interface. Reporting to the Full Stack Technical Lead, this role combines hands-on development and UX collaboration to create secure, responsive, and intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate will establish frontend best practices, help select technologies and frameworks and drive innovation in our cybersecurity product UI.  While focused mainly on the front-end, this engineer will also contribute to the design of backend code to support the front end experience.

• Architect and implement scalable React applications and components with focus on security, performance and user experience
• Lead UI/UX initiatives in collaboration with design team
• Establish frontend development standards and review processes
• Drive technical decisions around frontend architecture and tooling
• Implement security best practices in frontend development
• Create reusable component libraries and design systems
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and consume APIs
• Build rapid prototypes to validate new UI concepts
• Leverage the latest AI tooling and technologies to increase velocity

Qualifications

Required

• Architecting and implementing scalable React applications with a focus on security and performance
• Leading UI initiatives in collaboration with a design team
• Expert in Material UI component library
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Establish frontend development standards and review processes
• Drive technical decisions around frontend architecture and tooling
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence
• Implement security best practices in frontend development
• Create reusable component libraries and design systems
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and consume APIs
• Build rapid prototypes to validate new UI concepts

Preferred

• Experience data visualization libraries for React
• Contributions to open-source UI projects
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures
• Background in UX design principles
