Brooke and Lou is currently hiring a Seasonal Shipping and Receiving Assistant to support our shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations during our busy seasons. The Shipping and Receiving Assistant supports the daily flow of product in and out of our warehouse during periods of peak volume. Working alongside our warehouse team, this role receives and inspects incoming product, labels and organizes inventory, and packs and ships outgoing orders to company standards. Associates help keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and well-stocked with shipping supplies, and pitch in on projects as needed. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Position Details
· Type: Temporary / Seasonal
· Schedule: Part-time seasonal role, generally under 12 hours per week.
· Duration: Dependent on business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Shipping and Receiving:
· Receive product from vendors, then unpack, inspect, and check product into inventory
· Organize and store product as it arrives, including labeling and tagging as necessary
· Package and ship product to fulfill orders according to Company shipping standards
· Help maintain and restock shipping supplies
Warehouse:
· Keep the warehouse tidy, clean, and organized throughout the shift
· Move and rearrange product as needed to accommodate incoming inventory
Inventory:
· Ensure inventory is properly labeled and accounted for
· Assist the team with inventory counts and audits
· Pull inventory for photoshoots and special projects as needed
General:
· Be punctual and dependable in attendance and performance
· Maintain a neat, professional appearance and represent the Company well
· Work closely and collaboratively with the warehouse and office team
· Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Qualifications

· Prior shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train dependable, motivated candidates
· Basic comfort with inventory tracking and following written and verbal instructions
· Detail-oriented and reliable
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. repeatedly, and to stand, bend, and move for long periods
· Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
· Software experience is a bonus: Shopify, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite
