**Job Overview:**

As a Helpdesk Specialist/Technical Support, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.


**Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cable services

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our system

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation

- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction


**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a technical support role

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of cable services and related technologies is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent
