The Customer Success Agent will be a part of an innovative insurtech team striving to simplify how working Americans protect their income.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance throughout their insurance journey.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from the sales team, through underwriting, to policy activation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information transfer.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, providing timely resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products, policies, and processes to effectively communicate with customers and address their questions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
  • Regularly provide feedback to the management team regarding customer insights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer success or customer service role, preferably in a high-growth sales organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Process-driven and able to follow established procedures and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Familiarity with disability insurance or the insurtech industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce, Dialpad, and other customer support tools.
