From high-standard air duct cleaning to advanced Aeroseal sealing, our work sets the bar for energy efficiency and indoor air quality across the Southwest. We're now hiring for a Lead Technician to join our growing Las Vegas team.
What We Do:
Industry-leading air duct cleaning, performed to some of the highest standards in the country.
Commercial and residential Aeroseal duct sealing that improves building health and performance.
Projects ranging from homes to hospitals, government sites, and major facilities.
Some travel is required for larger, high-profile commercial projects across the region.
Who We're Looking For:
A detail-oriented, driven professional who takes pride in clean, accurate work.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required for insurance).
Must be able to pass full background checks, including for secure and DOD project sites.
Strong customer service skills—you’ll be the face of the brand on-site.
Someone who wants to grow with the company—we’re building a team, not just filling a role.

Salary
$20 - $35 per hour
