The Role
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the daily operations of our warehouse. You will ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What You'll Do
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Nice to Have
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. The role is primarily on-site at our warehouse facility.
Salary: $22 - $27 per hour, based on experience.
