Break the Love is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Vice President, Marketing Partnerships to spearhead our co-marketing relationship with our largest corporate partners. This is a leadership role that will shape the vision, strategy, and execution of partnership marketing initiatives to drive breakthrough business growth, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and loyalty.

You will be responsible for developing an integrated, insight-driven marketing strategy in close collaboration with our corporate partners. You will oversee the planning and execution of innovative, multi-channel co-marketing campaigns, as well as  negotiate investments, track performance, and continuously optimize our approach. 

This role will serve as the face of the partnership for Break the Love, by nurturing the strategic relationship as well as galvanizing cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class partnership marketing. You will identify new marketing opportunities and run experiments to keep our approach fresh and impactful. Building and leading a high-caliber marketing team dedicated to our existing partners will also be crucial to success.


  1. Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team to support a major partnership for Break the Love 
  2. Own the partnership marketing budget and negotiate marketing fund investments
  3. Drive and manage an insight-driven partnership marketing plan for the Break the Love and our major partner  co-marketing relationship(s)
  4. Partner with the client to solve problems and identify priorities, plan joint marketing activities, and align on goals, investments, and processes
  5. Oversee the execution of co-marketing campaigns, spanning digital, social media, in-store, influencer, experiential, content marketing, etc. 
  6. Ensure brand consistency through integration of creative assets across all co-marketing touchpoints
  7. Work cross-functionally within Break the Love to secure organizational alignment and enable seamless partnership execution
  8. Track, measure, and report on the performance of partnership marketing programs against defined metrics (sales, engagement, ROI, etc.)


  • 10+ years of experience in partnership, co-marketing, and/or brand management
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of 3-5, in addition to external vendors
  • Must be an exceptional creative with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
  • Ownership of marketing performance analytics and measurement
  • Strong project management, organizational, and budgeting skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build new partnership marketing capabilities


$175,000 - $225,000 per year
