Position Details:

• Assist the Event Lead with all bartending needs for full-service events and weddings.
• Provide guests with prompt, seamless service to avoid long wait times and lines.
• Ensure the bar operates smoothly, keeping the bar area and equipment clean and tidy.
• Based on the event drink menu, craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Make sure bars are well stocked with ice, liquor, beverages, napkins, straws, glassware, and garnishes.
• Execute bar set-up and take-down.
• Learn items on drink menu and know how to make classic cocktails; knowledge of proper drink proportions and proper glassware.
• Maintain high-quality standards as it pertains to client service, drink presentation, safety, and health standards.
• Assist with other duties as necessary or assigned to ensure company, team, and event success.
• Most importantly, we expect you to show up for yourself, your team, and our clients.

Essential Job Duties:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Grip objects and tools (including wet or slippery items); utilize fine motor skills
• Lift up to 25 lbs
