We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a contract position within our school setting.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the important responsibility of assisting students in overcoming speech and language difficulties, allowing them to effectively communicate and achieve their full academic potential.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

- State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

- ASHA CCC certification.

- ISBE PEL (professional educator license).

- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.

- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment approaches.

- Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and interpret assessment results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.

- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.
