- Manage active partner orders, including coordination with internal teams on design, revisions, and fulfillment
- Build and document a scalable partnerships playbook, including:
- Partner onboarding processes
- Ordering workflows
- Pricing frameworks
- Sales and marketing collateral
- Identify, test, and validate new partnership channels and growth opportunities
- Maintain strong, long-term partner relationships that drive repeat business and expansion
- Travel as needed for partner meetings, activations, and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building and managing partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing, closing, and operational execution
- Demonstrated success in personally generating partnership-driven revenue
- Experience building a partnership channel, program, or revenue stream from inception
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and implement scalable workflows and processes
- Proven prospecting and business development skills, including cold outreach and network-driven sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in experiential marketing, events, corporate gifting, or promotional products
- Existing network within agencies, event production companies, or corporate procurement teams
- Background in consumer products or physical goods businesses
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
What Success Looks Like
