As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting both brands, helping bring our marketing efforts to life across digital, social, and in-person channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
● Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, LinkedIn, and more) for both Brick Loot and Business Bricks
● Assist in developing engaging content ideas, captions, and creative concepts aligned
with each brand's voice
● Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and track engagement
metrics
● Support the creation of graphics, short-form videos, and other digital assets
Event Planning & B2B Support
● Help plan, coordinate, and execute B2B events, trade shows, and brand activations for
Business Bricks
● Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and on-site event
support
● Support outreach efforts and follow-up communications for event attendees and
business partners Marketing & Sales Collateral
● Assist in the creation and updating of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, one-pagers, email templates, presentations, and product sheets
● Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce print and digital collateral on time and within budget
● Maintain organized libraries of branded assets and marketing materials
Project Coordination
● Track marketing projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and
stakeholders are aligned
● Help maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines
● Communicate updates and project statuses to the team and leadership
● Coordinate between internal teams, freelancers, and external partners to keep projects moving forward
General Marketing Support
● Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, scheduling, and
basic reporting
● Support influencer outreach, partnership coordination, and community engagement
efforts
● Help research trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities for both brands
● Provide general administrative and organizational support to the marketing team as
needed
Qualifications
Required
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or
equivalent hands-on experience)
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple
projects simultaneously
● A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
● Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred (Not Required)
● Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
● Experience with HubSpot
● Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
● Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
● An enthusiasm for brick-building toys, or the brand-gifting / B2B space
● Prior internship or work experience in a marketing role
$50,000 - $55,000 per year
