Brand My Bag is a custom brand packaging company servicing the cannabis industry. We strive to help our partners stand out from the crowd with eye-catching, full-color print designs on quality, compliant marijuana packaging.  

We specialize in Mylar bag packaging, fully printed stand up pouches, and lay flat pouches. We can also custom brand a variety of different containers used by the industry, including pop top vials and glass jars by printing roll stock labels that are transferred onto the containers. We use state-of-the-art printing technology to create whatever our customers have in mind.  

Brand My Bags is looking for an experienced Digital Press Operator to join the team. The Digital Press Operator is an integral part of the team in which pre-press, sales/project managers and other production and printers work together to carry out the specifications of each project. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Set up, operate, and maintain HP Indigo Press to meet production and quality requirements. 
• Running print webs of plastics substrates (PE, BOPP, PET, and other polymer-based substrates). 
• Monitor production and quality throughout the manufacturing process. 
• Meet quality standards for color, consistency, and alignment. 
• Back up in other areas of the print department with the shared goal to meet all printing deadlines. 
• Communicates with pre-press and converting operators to deliver completed products. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating digital press. HP Indigo preferred. 
• Working knowledge of the mechanics and capabilities of the press 
• Experience printing P/S labels preferred. 
• Two color offset press experience is helpful. 
• Must be flexible with hours during peak season and hot jobs. 
• Frequent lifting, bending, and turning. 
• Able to lift 35+ lbs.
