Salary Range: $48,000 - $55,000 per year

Join the dynamic team at Brand Aid Inc. as an Account Coordinator, where you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with brands on innovative branded merchandise projects. In this role, you will be the mastermind behind bringing creative concepts to life, ensuring that each project is a unique and memorable brand experience.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with clients to envision and define project goals and objectives

- Craft imaginative project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate with a diverse range of internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to execute projects with flair

- Keep a watchful eye on project progress, making adjustments as needed to maintain the wow factor

- Share project updates with clients and internal teams, keeping everyone in the loop on the magic happening behind the scenes

- Guarantee that all project deliverables shine with creativity and exceed expectations

- Conduct post-project evaluations to uncover opportunities for even more dazzling results

Requirements:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in a branding or marketing agency

- A knack for organization and time management, with a passion for bringing creative visions to life

- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and collaborate with others

- Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with a flourish

- Proficiency in Google Suite, and Commonsku is a bonus

- Familiarity with branding and merchandising concepts, with a flair for the extraordinary
