The Youth Development Professional (YDP), under the guidance of the Director of Programs or Site Director, plans, implements and supervises programs and activities in structured, and/or specialized program spaces. Specialized content may include, but is not limited to, education, social recreation, cultural arts, sports & fitness, outdoor recreation, and STEM.

Salary: $11.50/hour
Reports to: Site Director
Start Date: August 10th, 2026
Supervisory responsibilities: None
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Work environment Able to stand and/or walk up to 75% of time. Could require running and expended periods of standing and walking. Able to sit up to 25% of the time. Able to view a computer monitor daily. Some travel may be required in company or personal vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. This role is an on-site position and is not eligible for WFH or hybrid work.
· Employee required to possess a valid driver’s license and is occasionally required to transport members in a company vehicle.
· Proof of vehicle insurance is required.
· Mandatory to attain (within 6 months) and keep current CPR and first aid certifications.
