This part-time, in-person role runs Monday–Friday from 2:30–7:00 PM with a flexible schedule and an Employee Assistance Program for personal support. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation, and successfully pass a background check.
What You’ll Do!
Join our team as a Youth Development Professional and help lead fun, meaningful, and mission-driven after-school programming for the Boys & Girls Club of Lincoln/Lancaster County this fall at Park Middle School or North Star High School.
Under the direction of the Program Director, you will lead engaging after-school programming for middle and high school students in Lincoln, NE, supporting Boys & Girls Club priority areas including Education & Career Development, Character & Leadership Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.
You’ll serve as a role model and mentor, demonstrating honesty, respect, and responsibility, and help create a safe, positive environment where every student feels valued and inspired.
