Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop, refine, and support comprehensive change communications, stakeholder engagement frameworks, and targeted work-stream change plans across enterprise initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Buy-In & Value Articulation: Build cross-functional alignment and executive buy-in by clearly communicating the strategic business value, ROI, and operational benefits of proposed process changes.
  • Transformation Workstream Execution: Lead and execute high-impact change management strategies across multiple complex transformation workstreams simultaneously.
  • Governance Reporting & Readiness Dashboards: Prepare high-level leadership updates, executive dashboards, operational readiness assessments, and formal governance reporting materials.
  • Leadership Risk Communication & Dependency Tracking: Identify, monitor, and escalate critical risks, operational issues, project dependencies, and key decision gates directly to executive leadership.
  • Global Implementation & Change Adoption Support: Provide continuous end-to-end guidance and support to global stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout program implementation, system stabilization, and full operational adoption.

 

What We Are Looking For

 

  • Education & Credentials: Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or M.S.) required. Industry-recognized Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) or Project Management credentials (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
  • Experience:4–6+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise-wide change management, business transformation, or organizational readiness initiatives supporting global teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Executive Advisory: Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with senior leadership to report progress, communicate dependencies, manage project risks, and drive executive-level decision-making.
  • Core Competencies: Deep proficiency in designing, executing, and refining user adoption strategies, operational readiness assessments, and structured change management plans. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in leading executive updates, workshops, and multi-channel governance reporting.


Salary

$65 - $85 per hour
