Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Financial Planning & Leadership: Lead long-term financial modeling, capital allocation, and budgeting processes to support organizational growth; partner with executive leadership to evaluate expansion opportunities, risk profiles, and return on investment.
  • Financial Reporting & Governance: Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely, accurate financial statements, board reports, and regulatory filings; ensure strict compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal control systems.
  • Capital Structure & Cash Flow Management: Direct treasury operations, liquidity management, working capital strategies, and debt or equity financing to maintain a healthy balance sheet and maximize operational runway.
  • Process Transformation & Automation: Drive continuous improvement across finance and accounting workflows by leveraging digital financial tools, ERP systems, and automation to streamline reporting and reduce operational risk.
  • Team Leadership & Enterprise Business Partnering: Manage, mentor, and build high-performing finance teams while serving as a strategic advisor to cross-functional department heads to drive margin optimization and cost efficiency.


What We Are Looking For


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA, CPA, or CMA is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with proven success overseeing enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and corporate governance. Demonstrated expertise utilizing advanced ERP systems (such as SAP) and driving process transformation through modern financial tech and automation is strongly preferred.

  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Drives organizational change during major system implementations (such as modern ERP, EPM, or automation deployments), aligning teams around modernized financial workflows and tech-forward processes.


Salary

$75 - $150 per hour
