Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in neurological rehabilitation to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with adult and adolescent populations affected by brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations and treatment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and clinical psychologists
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and patient needs
• Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover and understanding of therapy goals

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• At least 1 year of clinical experience working with neurological populations strongly preferred
• Experience with cognitive-communication therapy and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Schedule:

• Part-time hours, with some flexibility based on patient needs and clinician availability
