Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The OT will evaluate and treat patients with neurological and functional impairments using individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions. This role is ideal for a compassionate, motivated therapist who thrives in a team-based environment and is passionate about helping patients reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop patient-specific treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
• Deliver occupational therapy services using effective techniques to improve daily living skills, cognitive performance, and upper extremity function.
• Educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive equipment, and compensatory strategies.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and medical staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and payer requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certification from NBCOT.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with neurological rehabilitation preferred, but new grads with strong interest are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills.
