Boss Services Management does all the back-office work for Hood Boss and Boss Fire Protection.

Terrific opportunity for an Accounting Specialist to join our growing company, with a casual company culture environment. Looking for an individual who can adapt and learn quickly. Must have broad experience in all AR functions, including invoicing, adjusting work orders, applying payments, and sales tax. Must be able to pass a background check. MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERIENCE.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts in QuickBooks Online, for example but not limited to Balance Sheet, P&L, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Workorder adjustments, Applying Payments, and Entering Assets
• Manage two sets of books for two separate companies
• Knowledge in and experience with Sales Tax
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all areas
• Point of contact for customers, that have questions about our billing
• Research information to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and vendors at multiple locations
• Back up team members, when needed
