Leadership roles at Born United are responsible for all daily operations of Born United, driving sales performance, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional in-store customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the brand and its products. Leadership roles can include General Manager positions, Assistant Manager positions, or Lead Sales associate positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor, and achieve sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

• Promote and uphold Born United’s mission by fostering a welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive shopping environment for all customers.

• Develop a strong understanding of all brands carried in-store and train team members to effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team on a daily basis to build a positive, high-performing store culture.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that enhances the customer experience.

• Enforce company dress code standards, ensuring all staff represent the Born United brand appropriately.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with company ownership regarding store performance, needs, and concerns.

• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of retail sales strategies and customer service best practices

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Born United dress code

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform standard retail tasks
