Job Summary:

Border City Group is seeking ambitious and driven Inside Sales Associates to join our team. We will provide comprehensive product, industry, and sales training to help you succeed in your career goals. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in generating new business for our insurance business. Your responsibilities will include making outbound sales calls, responding to inbound leads, managing the entire sales cycle, and utilizing our CRM system to track and manage leads. This position is perfect for an account manager or customer service representative that is ready to take the next step into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by making outbound sales calls, responding to inbound sales calls, and following up on leads.
  • Manage the full process of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales experience for clients.
  • Utilize our CRM system to effectively manage leads and customer data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain a customer base by building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities provided by Border City Group.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights to achieve common goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes to insurance products, and regulations affecting the transportation sector.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-motivation and collaboration.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using a CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business needs and industry dynamics.
  • Property and Casualty License is required to perform this role.  Border City Group will provide training and licensing needed
