Position Overview:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, driven sales and business development professional who thrives on building powerful connections, leveraging a strong network, and proactively securing big deals. In this role, you’ll combine your exceptional sales talents with strategic outreach—finding decision-makers, event planners, and key contacts responsible for major events, conventions, and exhibitors. Ideally, you're already well-connected, carrying a solid book of business and established relationships that will help you immediately generate meaningful opportunities.


You will take complete ownership of the sales cycle, from cold calls and emails to securing signed contracts, maximizing your earning potential. Typical deals range from $10k to $30k+, with massive opportunities exceeding $500k. Your earnings are uncapped, driven entirely by your ambition, connections, and effectiveness!


Compensation Options:

Choose the plan best suited to your style and ambition:

Option 1: Hourly + Commission

  • $20/hour base (up to 20 hrs/week)
  • 5% commission on every fully-managed deal (from initial outreach through final close)


Option 2: Commission-Only

  • 10% uncapped commission on every fully-managed deal from start to finish


Note: Commission is earned when independently managing the entire sales cycle—from initial lead discovery through contract completion.


Trial Period:

This exciting role begins with a focused 30-day performance trial, emphasizing your ability to leverage your network, generate leads, and close deals swiftly and effectively. Demonstrate your capability and connections, and you'll quickly become a key part of our successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers, event planners, and exhibitors responsible for major conventions and large-scale events.
  • Conduct proactive cold outreach (email and calls) to establish new business relationships and secure high-value opportunities.
  • Rapidly respond to and manage incoming leads through phone, email, and web inquiries.
  • Conduct impactful, engaging discovery calls to fully understand client needs and present tailored, compelling proposals.
  • Creatively and effectively nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Accurately maintain your pipeline and client interactions within our CRM.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in high-ticket sales/business development; event industry or experiential marketing strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in proactively securing significant deals and nurturing major accounts.
  • Existing network or book of business with decision-makers at large events, conventions, and premium brands.
  • Exceptional cold outreach, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, VoIP, Outlook, GoodShuffle).
  • Independent, organized, proactive, and passionately driven by results.

Location:

  • Las Vegas locals preferred; fully remote applicants welcome.
  • Remote work with potential local travel opportunities if based in Las Vegas.
