Position Summary

As a Skin Artist at Booji Beauty, you will deliver professional esthetic services such as facials, back treatments, skin care consultations, and targeted treatments. You’ll be part of a team committed to helping guests feel confident and cared for, while you build your personal brand in a fashion-forward, collaborative salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a calm, joyful atmosphere
• Perform customized skin care treatments, including:
• Express and signature facials
• Back facials
• Targeted acne or anti-aging treatments
• Hand and foot massage as part of facial offerings
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate home care routines
• Recommend and sell Booji-approved skincare products
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene protocols, exceeding state board requirements
• Maintain accurate guest records and service notes
• Participate in continued education, training sessions, and promotional events
• Collaborate with fellow team members across salon, spa, and guest experience departments

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in Colorado
• Experience or certification in facials, skin analysis, and product knowledge
• Strong guest communication and service skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and professionalism
• Must be available to work weekends and days

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa or esthetics setting
• Knowledge of skin types, treatment protocols, and ingredient benefits
• Comfort with basic hand/foot massage and extraction techniques
• Experience with booking software or digital guest records
