A Production Specialist plays a key role in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of blending materials and keeping track of quality. This position involves the hands-on mixing of various materials, managing inventory, measuring materials accurately, operating machinery, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to optimizing production processes. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day production activities.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all stages of production.
• Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to procurement.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as quality control and maintenance, to optimize production efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues efficiently.
