The Role

As a Studio Advisor at BODYROK Murfreesboro, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through our services and ensuring their needs are met. Their experience starts with you! From managing check-ins and retail to answering questions and supporting the flow of class transitions, you are a vital part of the studio experience.

What You'll Do

- Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about our studio services.

- Assist clients in scheduling classes and managing their accounts, payments, and bookings.

- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with the studio team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Provide feedback to management on client experiences and suggest improvements.

- Promote studio events and workshops to enhance client engagement.

- Stay informed about industry trends and studio offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

- Early morning availability

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with studio operations or creative industries.

- Experience in event planning or coordination.

- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
