Responsibilities:

• Prepare for service by setting up kitchen and busser stations
• Set up umbrellas and heaters where necessary
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, roll ups, and glassware 
• Provide water and bread to tables
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables 
• Refill water glasses and attend to guests needs promptly 
• Sweep and mop floors, clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and dining areas regularly
• Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and kitchen at the end of shift 
• Remove trash and ensure proper disposal

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• ability to multitask
•  time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
