BNA is looking for a dynamic and results Marketing & Customer Success Manager. This role involves overseeing our marketing efforts and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and customer relationship management, possessing the ability to drive growth, engagement, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand visibility, attract new clients, and retain existing customers.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels.
  • Liaison with website developers to make sure website is kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, including articles, white papers, webinars, and other resources that showcase the firm's expertise.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Liaison with local college to help with recruiting

Customer Success:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing additional touch points to make sure they feel taken care of.
  • Proactively engage with customers to provide strategic advice, identify opportunities to add value, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall client experience and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of services with client expectations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing and client relationship management, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and lead generation tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies to changing market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of the accounting industry and its trends is a plus.
