BNA CPA & Advisors, a rapidly growing, relationship-driven CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our expanding team. We serve a diverse portfolio of small businesses, high-net-worth families, and fast-growing entrepreneurs with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and proactive advisory work.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate and partnership tax returns.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning recommendations.

• Make year-end adjusting entries and apply accounting knowledge to help ensure client’s financial records are accurate, complete, and properly organized.

• Review financial statements and provide insights to clients.

• Assist with year-end planning, quarterly estimates, and multi-state tax situations.

• Support implementation of tax strategies, advisory recommendations, and internal process improvements.

• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support.

• Collaborate with CAAS, wealth advisory, and admin teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Provide training, coaching, and support to coworkers to help strengthen their skills and contribute to consistent, high-quality work across the team.

• Utilize firm software systems such as Xero, CCH Axcess, Karbon, and others (training provided).


Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years of public accounting or tax experience.

• Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.

• Comfortable working in a tech-forward environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary

$75,000 - $110,000 per year
